NEWS The winners of the 2003 Napa Valley Mustard Festival World-Wide Mustard Competition, in 15 categories, have been selected. Medals will be presented at The Awards on March 14, at Clos Pegase in Calistoga. The winners are - (UPDATE Feburary 21):
