Indulge in seven courses presented by notable Napa Valley chefs and winemakers at The
Grand Dinner, the Napa Valley Mustard Festival’s Gourmet Dining Extravaganza. Held at Brix in Yountville with Executive Chef, Anne Gingrass, as the 2010 Host Chef.
Each course will be paired with an exquisite wine presented by the winemaker or
a winery principal to ensure a perfect marriage of tastes. Anne Gingrass, Executive Chef Brix, and Julianne Laks, Winemaker Cakebread Cellars, will host a stellar lineup of chefs and winemakers. Ken Frank, Executive Chef/Owner La Toque. Greg Cole, Executive Chef/Owner, Cole's Chop House; Jeff Jake, Executive Chef, The Carneros Inn, Farm; Christopher Kostow, Chef, The Restaurant at Meadowood; Richard Reddington, Executive Chef/Owner, REDD; and Danielle Brocious, Pastry Chef, Brix, will present seven delectable courses. Wines by Blackbird Vineyards, Cakebread, Cade, Chateau Montelena, Domaine Carneros, Dominus Estate, Etude, Nickel and Nickel and Dolce, presented by the winemakers, will be paired to insure a perfect marriage of tastes.
A silent auction of food, wine and travel experiences, including The Grand Dinner lot, which includes an offering from participating restaurants and wineries, will add even more magic to this evening of unparalleled food and wine pairing
Seating at $225 per person is limited to 100 guests.
